WHAT YOU DO
As a customer care representative you act as the single point of contact for our national and international customers on a daily basis.
Specifically, you offer the customers of H.Essers a professional and excellent level of service and keep them informed and satisfied.
You work to build a strong bond between the customer and H.Essers. Optimal customer satisfaction and loyalty is our goal. In order to achieve this, you follow up on the customer’s shipments and liaise with commercial and operational colleagues to ensure the customer’s interests are defended.
WHAT YOU HAVE
You have proven experience within the transport and logistics sector. You have a desire to learn and develop within the sector. You hold the principle of ‘customer is king’ in high esteem and have already had the opportunity to put this principle into practice within a professional context. You love the national and international dynamism and drive associated with this industry and position. Furthermore, you are known as someone who possesses strong communication skills and has a desire to go the extra mile for his/her clients. You should be self-motivated and have the ability to function successfully within a team environment.
