YOUR CHALLENGES

As Operations Support, you will ensure that both existing and new collaborations between external customers and our operations run optimally by providing proper preparation, guidance and support. You are the link in the operational cooperation between the internal and external stakeholders.

What does this mean specifically:

  • Optimal management of the customer relationship – operationally, commercially and financially – to increase transparency towards the customer. An intense collaboration with the customer ensures that you detect opportunities and get in touch with their needs.
  • As project leader, you take the lead in the follow-up of improvement projects at new and existing customers. In large-scale projects – initiated by engineering – you take a supporting role. As Operations Support, you act as a central point of contact for all parties involved at all times and know how to keep all parties informed.
  • You also face several challenges on the financial-administrative front. You are responsible for analyzing the KPIs, efficiency and cost-saving actions. You are also responsible for invoicing all activities that take place within your scope. You ensure that all activities are invoiced so that correct payment can be made for services rendered.
  • Finally, you support the Operations Manager and Business Unit Manager in their daily operational activities.
