YOUR CHALLENGES
As Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily operations on the floor. You combine strong leadership skills with an eye for detail and attention to people. You ensure that everything within the warehouse runs efficiently and error-free.
What does this mean in concrete terms:
• You coordinate incoming and outgoing goods flows and make a tight daily schedule;
• You ensure correct administrative processing and the WMS system;
• You act as a link between customer, transporter and warehouse;
• You manage, coach and motivate a team of operators on a daily basis;
• You ensure that work instructions are clear and complied with;
• You actively contribute to a safe working environment (zero incidents) and work according to 5S principles;
• You identify bottlenecks and solve them quickly and effectively.
YOUR TALENTS
• You have completed an MBO education, preferably in the logistics field;
• You have at least two years of experience in a managerial role within a logistics environment;
• You have strong communication skills and a proactive attitude;
• You are stress-resistant, solution-oriented and a real people manager;
• You have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages;
• You have an affinity with warehouse management and process optimization.
