YOUR CHALLENGES

As a Quote Analyst, you are responsible for the correct implementation of tariffs and additional costs of the services provided by H.Essers to the client, and this within the set period. This process starts from receiving the rate files in Excel, validating the possibility of implementation in the TMS, to checking the first incoming orders. There will also be sporadic customer contact to e.g. to discuss a new start-up.

What does this mean in concrete terms:

  • Registering and charging rates and extra costs is your responsibility, both for the purchase and sales side
  • Questions and problems about quotations are investigated and dealt with by you. You speak to customers and partners by phone or e-mail in the search for a targeted solution
  • You are also responsible for adjusting and increasing existing quotations, and you keep the quotation package up-to-date
  • You play an important role in the implementation of new customers. Together with the Team Manager and Invoicing Specialist, you draw up procedures and instructions and take care of the creation of customer files
  • Together with the invoicing team, you ensure that SOPs, procedures and work descriptions are drawn up and remain up-to-date
  • You will be in daily contact with the team in Moldova for the follow-up of questions, issues and other operational matters
  • Finally, you implement process improvements and thus contribute to more efficient operations
