YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As Officer Planning, you will make sure that everything runs smoothly.

What does this mean concretely:

  • Coordinating daily fleet planning and providing operational support and guidance to drivers
  • Tracking transport movements and ensuring accurate and timely updates within operational systems
  • Maximizing transport efficiency by sourcing additional loads and combining FTL and LTL shipments where possible
  • Handling all transport-related administration, from order entry and documentation to invoicing
  • Analyzing costs, operational results, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

  • More than two years’ experience in the transport sector, organizational skills and a solution-oriented attitude that ensures efficient transport
  • Intermediate and/or higher degree in logistics, transport or international trade
  • High level of English will be essential
  • As a key figure in this process, you show up when the situation demands it and you dare to make decisions
  • You will manage unforeseen events while remaining calm and, with powerful and clear communication, you will be able to motivate the parties involved so that you can reach the right solution together
  • Efficient and cost-conscious planning is second nature
