YOUR CHALLENGES
Within our Healthcare department, we are looking for a driven Key Account Manager to strengthen our commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key customer relationships, with the aim of ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing their revenue potential.
What does this mean in concrete terms:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of the needs, goals, and challenges of each customer in your client portfolio
- You are expected to be able to think along with the customer on a strategic level
- Carefully ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Acting as a ‘bridge builder’ between the different internal departments
Account planning and strategy:
- Identifying growth opportunities within key accounts
- Collaborate with other teams to develop account strategies and action plans
- To ensure that your knowledge remains ready, it is of course essential that you closely follow developments within the sector
- Negotiating contracts and price agreements
Reporting and analysis:
- KPIs are drawn up together with the customer according to the agreed conditions. You will analyze the data monthly to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions
- You monitor the payment behavior of your accounts and adjust where necessary
- You report to the Senior Manager QHSE
YOUR TALENTS
- You preferably have several years of experience in the transport sector
- You like to respond out-of-the-box to the needs of customers
- Putting the principle ‘customer is king’ into practice is obvious to you
- In addition to the strong relational bond, you know how to create, you are there through your analytical insight, in combination with your strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- You have strong communication skills in English, knowledge of the French language is a plus
- You are a good negotiator
- You are willing to travel internationally to various clients for about 25% of your time
