Qualified Person | Ringsted

We are looking for an experienced Qualified Person (QP) to join our site in Ringsted and take ownership of GMP compliance in a growing organization supporting pharmaceutical warehousing and distribution activities.

This is an opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you will work closely with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities to ensure that our processes, systems, and governance meet all relevant requirements. You will become a central figure in shaping how quality, compliance, and governance are structured and anchored across the organization.

YOUR CHALLENGES

As our new Qualified Person, you will hold a central and highly independent position with broad responsibility across the business. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the company’s Qualified Person in accordance with EU GMP
• Holding the overall responsibility for GMP compliance across the organization
• Taking a hands-on role in building and developing the internal GMP quality setup, including establishing quality processes, documentation, and scalable QMS structures
• Approving and overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Participating in and preparing for regulatory inspections and audits
• Handling and assessing critical deviations, CAPA, and change control processes
• Advising the organization on GMP and quality-related matters
• Supporting the establishment of a robust and sustainable quality culture

You will be a key advisor to management and play an instrumental role in defining how quality and compliance are implemented.

YOUR TALENTS

• A degree in pharmacy, medicine, chemistry, biology or another relevant scientific discipline
• Solid experience working within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Proven experience in a Qualified Person role or readiness to take on the QP responsibility
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a start-up or scaling environment
• Strong decision-making skills and a high level of professional integrity
• Deep understanding of GMP requirements and quality systems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in Danish and English
