Are you ready to combine your Quality expertise with strong leadership skills? For our Warehousing activities in Belgium, we are looking for a Quality Warehousing Manager.

YOUR CHALLENGES

At H.Essers, quality is at the heart of everything we do. For this, we select a Quality Manager who manages everything related to quality, compliance and continuous improvement for Quality Warehousing in Belgium.

What does this mean in concrete terms?

  • The Quality Manager develops, implements and optimizes the Quality Management System (QMS) for all warehouses within Belgium
  • You ensure compliance with GDP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SQAS, food/feed (HACCP, FCA, BRCGS) and cosmetics (EFfCI, ISO 22716), but also TAPA, AEO and Regulated Agent
  • You will lead internal and external audits, manage CAPAs, complaints and escalations
  • You perform risk analyses (including FMEA) and report quality performance via KPIs
  • You manage procedures, work instructions and documentation in eQMS Bizzmine
  • You support management reviews and advise on regulations and standards
  • You develop and provide training on quality, hygiene, safety and compliance
  • You are responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with security standards to prevent risks and unauthorized access
  • You will work closely with HSE, Environment, Facility and Operations
  • You support commercial processes (customer questionnaires, tenders)
  • You report to the Business Unit Director and are the point of contact for quality systems and customers

YOUR TALENTS

  • To successfully fulfill this role, you have extensive experience in quality management, within warehousing
  • Your analytical mind, structured approach and communication skills are an asset
  • Combine your coaching leadership with relevant expertise to create a comprehensive approach
  • Thorough knowledge of GDP and ISO-based systems is recommended and experience with audits, CAPA, complaints and risk management is a requirement
  • Finally, you interact smoothly with internal and external stakeholders
