For our Liquid Bulk Business Unit, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager. 

 

YOUR CHALLENGES

As Senior Sales Manager you are responsible for the sales division of H.Essers Liquid Bulk. You will be part of an enthusiastic and driven Sales team that faces the challenge of making contacts with potential clients, building up relationships and detecting and exploiting opportunities. Working out the most efficient and cost-effective solution for them and ourselves, that’s your goal.

 

What do you do exactly?

  • As Senior Sales Manager you manage a team of Sales Executives, operating across Europe, across 7 branches.
  • By reinforcing the sales strategy for the different countries based on the H.Essers Customer Intimacy concept and with the goal of enlarging the existing customer portfolio, as well as expanding the portfolio with new customers, you will succeed in increasing the total market share.
  • Your regular physical attendance in the different (European) countries is demanded (30/40%). As part of our continuous growth strategy, customer proximity is essential.
  • Negotiation of major contracts with customers also falls within your domain. This with the aim of stimulating national and international sales.
  • You will liaise with the central Tender Team, Customer Care Reps and other Sales Support colleagues to promote customer satisfaction.
  • Within this role it is essential to develop both vertical and horizontal relationships within H.Essers and within the customer business.
  • As a member of the management team of the Liquid Bulk Business Unit, you will be in the lead for KPI reporting.

 

YOUR TALENTS

  • Master’s level of thinking
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Liquid Bulk Transportation Sector
  • Conceptual thinking is absolutely your game
  • Achieving results with focus on risk and quality is what you’re all about
  • Very strong in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Communicate clearly at all levels in Dutch and English
