YOUR CHALLENGES
As Manager Quality Transport, you oversee quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across Europe for both healthcare logistics (GDP-compliant) and non-GDP transport, including packed goods, infrastructure, and bulk chemicals.
What does this mean in concrete terms?
- In this role, you will develop, implement and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS) for our European transport activities
- You ensure compliance with GDP, ISO 9001, SQAS (Transport) and FCA/Feed
- You lead internal and external audits, manage CAPAs, incidents and escalations
- You manage the GDP quality processes and monitor the quality within non-GDP‑transport (Chemicals & Infrastructure)
- You perform risk analyses and monitor quality performance via KPIs
- You will harmonize processes, SOPs and working methods across countries and business units
- You develop training sessions and support commercial processes (tenders, customer questions)
- You will provide functional and hierarchical management of Quality Transport Leads in several European countries
- In this role, you will report directly to the Business Unit Director Healthcare Transport

- As a strong leader and connector, you manage teams in different countries, and make sure that everyone is on the same page
- You have knowledge of GDP and ISO quality systems
- You are skilled in audit supervision, CAPA, incident, and risk management
