  • Together with your HR colleagues, you handle administrative tasks across the entire employee life cycle within H.Essers Germany
  • Key responsibilities include maintaining complete and accurate personnel files and requesting the necessary approvals and certificates from government agencies
  • As the first point of contact, you answer questions from employees and managers about salary, leave, and absenteeism
  • In addition, you help automate and optimize HR processes and workflows in Protime and Workday
  • The role also involves supporting matters related to the Works Council
  • Finally, you prepare payroll and perform the final validation before processing
