Every day, our vehicles drive throughout Europe to provide customers with the best possible service. As a Customer Service Administrator, you are the first point of contact for your customers. You answer questions, think along in solutions and ensure that everything runs smoothly administratively and operationally.
YOUR CHALLENGES
As a Customer Service Administrator, you are the first point of contact for your customer portfolio. In addition, you will support the daily operation with various administrative activities. You process data and orders correctly and communicate with the transport department about shipments and orders to see if they are feasible.
What will you do?
- Processing administrative data, orders and documents;
- In contact with your customer portfolio regarding orders and questions;
- Checking and processing invoices;
- Follow-up and completion of files;
- Support with reports and administrative overviews;
- Scheduling appointments and supporting logistics processes;
- Ensuring correct and accurate administration.
WHO ARE YOU?
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy building lasting relationships with customers;
- You put the customer first and ensure that customers feel heard. With your proactive attitude, you think along and come up with the best possible solution;
- You work in a structured way and maintain an overview, even when it is busy;
- You have a good command of Dutch and English. Do you also speak French? Très bien!;
- Experience in customer service, logistics or transport is an advantage.
