Every year, we look for motivated, recently graduated master’s students who want to kick-start their careers at an international player in the logistics sector. Young talents who, thanks to their pronounced interest in Supply Chain, are eager to make their mark immediately. The ideal candidate is a people person and can communicate clearly and constructively at all levels. He or she also has the healthy ambition to eventually take on a manager role and is at the same time curious about the ins and outs of the operational departments of a logistics service provider. And last but not least: a team player who knows that you can achieve more together than alone.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- You will gain insight into the various departments and different roles
- You will provide support to operational staff, administrative staff, team leaders and managers to ensure the smooth running of daily activities
- You will actively participate in projects related to optimization and implementation
- You will be immersed in the responsibilities of support services, Engineering, IT and Sales
- After each part of your training, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences and make suggestions for improvement.
- You will be supervised by experienced colleagues and assigned a mentor from the management team.
- You can register for various internal training courses that will help you in your professional development.

As a recent graduate with a keen interest in the world of logistics, this program was the ideal first step in getting to know the field. At the same time, you get to know many people with years of experience.
This was the way to quickly broaden my knowledge so that I could delve deeper into my interests. Moreover, the Management Trainee program was a unique opportunity to grow in a large, international company over the long term.
What I found most valuable were the connections you make and the different people you get to know. This will definitely come in very handy later in your career.
After completing my program, I was given the opportunity to work in Denmark for H.Essers. That was my dream and I had mentioned this during my program. I am therefore very satisfied with the opportunity I have been given.
