Our network/our IT infrastructure, your playground! As a Senior Network Engineer, you are the network wizard responsible for designing, implementing, managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. This infrastructure forms the backbone of all H.Essers’ business processes and business needs.

In concrete terms, this means:

  • Installing new networks, improved software and the latest technologies. Ensuring our existing systems are in optimal condition and stability thanks to your expert maintenance.
  • Ensuring our systems and associated data are safe to use and secure against external breaches.
  • Using your experience and expertise, you will proactively consider further improvements and optimisations to the current infrastructure. You will make proposals in this regard and we will give you the space to further develop and implement them.
  • As the owner of your systems, you closely monitor their evolution in the market and critically assess whether they fit within our current infrastructure. We rely on your recommendations in this regard.
  • Based on your area of expertise, you also provide third-line support to your IT colleagues.
