YOUR CHALLENGES

As an Invoicing Specialist, you are responsible for the end-to-end optimization of the invoice flow so that the department’s performance is invoiced to the customers as correctly as possible and within the set deadlines.

What does this mean in concrete terms:

  • Your excellent knowledge of the invoicing package and thorough data analysis enable you to map out the current invoicing processes and then optimize them
  • In this role, you will work closely with your operational & invoicing colleagues, external transporters as well as directly with the external customer, with whom you, as a professional sparring partner, will look for the most efficient invoicing flow. In this way, billing issues are quickly clarified and eliminated
  • Your role extends beyond national borders, so as an invoicing specialist you are very closely involved in the follow-up and coordination of the cooperation with Moldova’s freight audit & invoicing team
  • In addition, you are responsible for data analysis: analyzing rout causes, mapping transport costs and trends to find savings
  • As a purebred team player, you show yourself willing to invoice yourself when the situation requires it

YOUR TALENTS

As an Invoicing Specialist, you have an analytically critical attitude that ensures that the Invoicing department can further grow into a high-performance department. You are of course accurate and numerically strong.

  • You show a hands-on mentality in which you attach great importance to customer-friendliness and team orientation
  • Strong affinity with Excel and logistics processes is a must
  • Because of your commercial and solution-oriented attitude, your strong communication skills and your diplomatic attitude, you are the bridge builder we are looking for
  • Since you meet both national and international customers, you can speak to them fluently in English, Dutch is a plus
