WHAT YOU WILL DO
Supervise, of course! Your main task is to manage, organise and supervise the logistics activities in our warehouses.
– We are looking for a committed person, who knows how to lead, coach and enthuse his or her team leaders like no other.
– As responsible for one or more customers, you will focus on achieving optimal customer satisfaction.
– Together with the Site Operations Manager, you monitor fixed and variable costs within your operations and will seek maximum profitability, looking for savings in all aspects.
– Safety is essential! You actively contribute to the policy within our zero incident culture.
– In order to optimise the quality of our logistics services, you stimulate internal consultation and collaboration between the different teams.
– Based on your in-depth knowledge of operations, you will participate in change and improvement projects within the framework of Continuous Improvement.
