Operations Support | Ringsted
We are looking for a proactive and structured Operations Support professional to join our team in Ringsted. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that collaborations between our external customers and internal operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As part of this, you will work closely with customers, operations, and management to optimize processes, drive projects, enhance transparency, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will become a central link between stakeholders, helping to strengthen operational performance and customer satisfaction.
YOUR CHALLENGES
As our new Operations Support, you will take on a varied and impactful role with operational and project related responsibilities. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the key link between customers and internal operations, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration
- Supporting customer relationships on an operational, commercial, and financial level to increase transparency and identify opportunities
- Leading and supporting improvement projects, acting as a central point of contact throughout
- Monitoring and analyzing KPIs, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives to optimize performance
- Creating and implementing SOPs and quality related procedures
- Managing financial administrative tasks, including ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of all activities within scope
- Assist with facility management tasks when required
- Supporting the Operations Manager and Business Unit Manager with operations related tasks
You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
