For our site in Genk, we are looking for a Coordinator Warehouse.

YOUR CHALLENGES

Leading the daily logistics warehouse operations is your main responsibility. You do this by monitoring returns and maintaining an overview.

More specifically, what do you do?

  • You are known as a committed people manager who knows how to direct, coach and enthuse a team of operators like no other. Depending on the workload, you do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves yourself.
  • The work instructions are clearly formulated. You ensure that these are known and observed.
  • Together we go for zero incidents! By clearly communicating instructions and procedures, you ensure a high level of safety awareness.
  • As a 5S-ambassador on the floor you transmit this ideology to your people.
  • You think creatively and solution-oriented about problems.
  • Through close cooperation with administration you ensure optimal operations and guarantee the best customer service.

  • Bachelor level of thinking
  • Strong communication skills and diplomatic attitude
