YOUR CHALLENGES

 

As an administrative linchpin, you not only ensure the correct follow-up and good management of our stock, but you also know how to give our customers an accurate answer regarding the existing stock at all times.  Within our warehouse you are the person who every day keeps the drivers, the customers and our own organization satisfied by a smooth administrative operation.

 

You are the administrative focal point for our customers and drivers.

 

More specifically, what do you do?

 

  • Distribution, verification and management of lists of goods, ensuring the smoothing of the activity of distribution operators.
  • Management of commercial documents, such as: goods notice, shipment, invoicing, archiving.
  • Creating and reviewing orders, registering goods notices in invoicing files.
  • Checking invoices, goods notices received in terms of their correctness.
  • Update the situation of existing trailers in the car park.

 

YOUR TALENTS

 

  • Like no other, you know how to figure out the procedures, regulations, quality standards and you succeed in putting this in order administratively.
  • You demonstrate a hands-on mentality in which accuracy and customer orientation are highly valued. Even when it gets a bit busier, you manage to deal with customers and drivers with the necessary maturity, independence and professionalism.
  • Since you come into contact with national and international drivers and customers, you know how to communicate with them easily in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
