WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Control Tower Officer, you are responsible for monitoring special transports and providing technical assistance as a core activity.
• monitors the company’s special shipments;
• monitors cargo on all possible transport routes: roads / train / boat;
• monitors technical problems and/or accidents in traffic, providing support and assistance;
• monitor fuel levels and manage the consumption of refrigeration aggregates;
• manage the alarms generated by the system as soon as possible, respecting all working procedures and instructions in place;
WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING
As the first point of contact for our drivers and carriers for their operational daily activities, you show a hands-on mentality in which accuracy and customer orientation are of paramount importance. Even when things get busier, you manage to speak to carriers and drivers with the necessary maturity, independence and professionalism. Since you deal with national and international drivers and customers, you can easily address them in Romanian and English, both verbally and in writing;
