YOUR CHALLENGES

The main objective of the Industry Lead Chemicals is to expand and optimize the new and existing customer portfolio by coordinating, monitoring, and continuously improving commercial activities and processes, with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction and maximizing the potential of existing customers.
The Industry Lead Chemicals is responsible for directing and supporting various internal stakeholders within the assigned customers and prospects.

 What exactly will you do?

  •  Build excellent relationships with external stakeholders within the ‘Chemicals’ segment by establishing and maintaining strong connections within the sector, participating in professional organizations, and continuously acting as a H.Essers ambassador by promoting the value proposition of the assigned segment.
  •  As the internal hub for the segment, you coordinate internal consultations across various internal business units to achieve the commercial objectives within this segment.
  •  Use strong internal and external networking skills and adapt to various stakeholder levels.
  • Organize and coordinate strategic Business Review Meetings with external customers, bringing together the different internal H.Essers stakeholders.
  • Coach and guide the internal commercial team within the Chemicals segment to ensure that all stakeholders communicate a consistent and up-to-date message.
  • Escalate non-conformities, opportunities, or threats to the Global Industry Lead Chemicals.
