WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 As a Quality Specialist, you will add value to our company through your previous experience. You will play a key role for our quality department in terms of the internal software used by our colleagues to ensure traceability of procedures and processes in their department.

 

What does it mean in concrete terms?

  • You will implement, map, monitor and evaluate the new software used by internal departments.
  • As an administrative employee, you will know how to carry out these tasks meticulously.
  • You will take up and investigate complaints impacting on quality and internal processes
  • Monitor the validity of applicable documents and communicate to process owners the latest updates
  • Preparing for external audits on the one hand and being involved in internal audits on the other hand will certainly be challenging.
  • You share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues by supporting trainings.
