YOUR CHALLENGES

As QHSE Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining and executing the operational activities of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, and Health and Safety).

What does this mean in practice?

  • Maintain and execute the operational activities of the integrated management system
  • Constant management and updating of system documentation and records
  • Support in compliance with ISO, SQAS, APQ, SEVESO and ORP regulations
  • Updating procedures, instructions, formats and records related to personnel, training, audits and action plans
  • Preparation of the necessary documentation for internal and external audits
  • Operational management of digital system platforms (SPIRO, waste management, CAE)
  • Evaluation and re-evaluation of suppliers and third parties
  • Support in the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, as well as in environmental document control
  • Document coordination with temporary employment agencies, transporters, self-employed workers and the External Prevention Service
  • Monitoring safety training, reception plans and health surveillance
  • Collaboration in the application and monitoring of industrial safety and self-protection procedures
  • Preparation and monitoring of regulatory inspections and periodic reviews
  • Carrying out inspections in warehouses and facilities, contributing to the maintenance of safe conditions
  • Support in the monitoring of incidents, accidents and corrective actions

YOUR TALENTS

  • Higher Level Vocational Training in Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality and Environment, Safety, Transport and Logistics or Administration and Finance
  • Preventive appeal
  • Training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OCS and SQAS standards will be valued, as well as basic training in industrial safety and intermediate technical course in ORP
