YOUR CHALLENGES

 

As a Pharmacist – Responsible Person (Custody Warehouse), you are the expert in your field, Healthcare. You monitor and guarantee compliance with applicable laws and regulations,  across H.Essers. You achieve this by supporting the operations and their managers in various ways.

 

What this means specifically:

 

  • You are the one who ensures the development of the activities within the pharmaceutical warehouse in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, the RBPD and the internal procedures;
  • You are part of the goods reception commission. Therefore, you are the one who performs the operations of receiving and preparing orders for restrictive drugs (Tab II and Tab III);
  • Also, you’ll be part of the team for investigating deviations and resolving complains;
  • To maintain the quality of medical products, you will check compliance with the microclimatic conditions of pharmaceutical products during transport
  • Check the correct distribution of products in storage areas in accordance with legislation and product specifications set out in the APP;
  • Monitors compliance with temperature and humidity conditions during product storage.

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry (logistics segment), gave you the basics to face the challenges you will encounter.
  • At the same time, advanced computer skills, knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation, and an average level of English will help you perform your daily tasks.
  • The excellent communication skills will help you, but also those of planning, organizing and coordinating the activity, and together with the ability to identify situations and implement flow improvement solutions, you will know how to prioritize tasks and complete them all in due time.
