WHAT YOU DO

As an International Responsible Person, you are responsible for the continuous improvement of the quality systems for pharmaceutical products within H.Essers and you function as a contact point to government agencies, in order to guarantee good quality to our customers.

This includes the following tasks:

  • Managing and coordinating a team of Responsible Persons (spread throughout Europe) so that the employees are well attuned to each other and can guarantee the smooth running of activities.
  • To shape, implement and maintain the quality processes within H.Essers in order to guarantee good quality to customers and to comply with legal standards.
  • Be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management systems within H.Essers in order to guarantee good quality to customers and to comply with legal standards.
  • Act as point of contact for the relevant government agencies in case of questions and quality problems.

 

WHAT YOU HAVE

In the first place you have to fulfil the requirements for Responsible Person GDP in accordance with 95§2 of the Royal Decree of 14 December 2006 on medicines for human and veterinary use.  In order to achieve all this, and to create a support base within the organization in order to make quality a top priority, you are able to build up a relationship of trust, not only with internal stakeholders but also with customers and relevant (government) bodies. Because of this, but also by offering out-of-the-box solutions, you know how to convince others.
