As the first point of contact within ICT, you are responsible for supporting our end users.

How exactly do you do that?

  • Using your digital expertise, you identify the cause of the problem. If possible, you solve the problem; otherwise, you escalate it to second or third-line support.
  • You identify and locate recurring problems, which you also escalate to second or third line support.
  • Your responsibilities also include the management and maintenance of the ICT infrastructure with regard to everything client-related such as computers, printers and software.
  • You provide support to our end users by telephone, e-mail, remotely and, if required, on-site.



Based on your thorough knowledge of and interest in ICT, you are the digital advisor of our end users. With your pragmatic approach, you know how to guide our people quickly and efficiently in their digital experiences. You work in a result-oriented way, with attention to risks and quality. You enjoy variety, working independently and teamwork. Listening to and talking with the internal stakeholders within ICT when problems escalate is important. You try to understand every point of view in order to get everyone on the same page. You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
