Support Engineer | Bergen op Zoom

We are looking for a Support Engineer who will work from Bergen op Zoom for a number of sites in the Netherlands and Belgium. This means that you will be the point of contact in Bergen op Zoom for IT-related questions from end users.

Specifically, we mean:

  • Identify problems and offer solutions or, if necessary, escalate to second or third-line support
  • Maintain the ICT infrastructure with regard to everything client-related such as computers, printers and software (Warehouse Management and Transport Management applications, Enterprise Applications such as Office / Office 365, Bizzmine, Workday,… but also applications such as Centiro, Nicelabel, ZebraDesigner,…)
  • Provide support remotely via our ticketing tool, by phone, email or on-site if required


  • 5 years relevant work experience in IT support
  • MBO 3 or 4 level of thinking
  • Pragmatic and independent worker
  • Result and customer-oriented
  • Fluent communicator in Dutch and English
