WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING                                

As Professional Talent Acquisition, you have a key role in attracting, identifying, and selecting talents, and you actively contribute to the Employer Brand development


What will be your challenges?

  • As a Professional Talent Acquisition, you are responsible for attracting and recruiting the suitable employee profiles from a variety of disciplines (engineers, planners, garage staff, sales etc).
  • You will manage the entire recruitment cycle, from defining the required profile with the hiring manager to creating a tailored contract proposal for the accepted candidate.
  • Yes, you will have a lot of tasks that will be complemented by interesting projects of Employer Branding, Training & Development, Social Media, etc.
  • You also get the chance to become a professional assessor and to contribute to the further development of our own in-house Assessment Centre.
  • To get in touch with the suitable candidate, you will be present at job fairs and make sure your vacancies are posted and visible online.
  • Throughout the entire selection process, you will provide a high quality service to both the company and the candidates. You will achieve this by providing regular and clear feedback to both parties. 



As the first point of contact for our candidates, you will share H.Essers values and culture and be a true TOP ambassador. You will act as a valuable partner and advisor to both internal clients and candidates.  Your expertise, persuasiveness and dedication, will help you to fill vacancies as fast as possible.  In case of failure, move on.
