YOUR CHALLENGES
As an HR Business Partner, you are the first point of contact for employees and managers. You support the entire HR process from A to Z and ensure smooth, accurate, and people-oriented service. Let’s make it even more concrete:
Recruitment
You manage the entire recruitment process for our warehouse workers, white-collar employees, and drivers: from job posting and screening to interviews and onboarding
HR Administration
You ensure accurate and efficient HR administration: drawing up contracts, certificates, absences, files, reports related to performance and learning, and more. You are also in charge of incoming mail via 4 official digital mailboxes.
Payroll coordination with support from an external payroll office
Social legislation
You monitor developments in Danish social legislation and apply them correctly in HR processes
You will advise and assist managers regarding various HR issues ranging from inflow, promotion to outflow, absenteeism policy and wellbeing
Workday (Global HR System)
You manage and maintain personnel data in Workday and support colleagues in using it
Event Coordination
Support with events and other special projects
Coaching
You contribute to the realization of the organizational goals and you coach, as it were, the business unit, the operations as well as the managers, fully committed to their leadership development
In this role, you will be part of the HR team, consisting of about 50 top colleagues, spread over the departments and countries: Talent Development, HR Shared Service Center, HRIS & Talent Engagement.
To keep your HR projects running smoothly, teamwork is an absolute must! In this role, you will report to the Head of HR Operations Western-Europe.
YOUR TALENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Independence is an indispensable factor in this role. As a result, a solid HR background in a similar organizational structure, and with an employee population of both white-collar workers and blue-collar workers (and drivers), is certainly recommended
- You have good knowledge of social legislation
- You have a broad skillset and strong administrative background
- Your organizational talent ensures that you know how to manage different tasks and projects at the same time, you can switch quickly and set priorities
- In addition, you have a proactive work attitude, you see what needs to be done and handle it confidently and efficiently
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Danish)
- Furthermore, you possess a dose of flexibility and know how to deal with unexpected situations and adapt your work to changing circumstances
- You demonstrate a highly accurate and discreet work attitude.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in multiple areas without the need for micromanagement.
- In this position, you will be responsible for managing and processing confidential information and documents. It is imperative that you always exercise discretion and care in handling sensitive data and safeguard the privacy of our customers, employees and company information.
