Behind every truck that leaves on time, there is a strong administration. As a Fleet Administrator, you ensure that everything around our fleet is arranged down to the last detail. From vehicle data and MOT inspections to fuel registrations and administrative processing: thanks to your accuracy, our trucks and passenger cars continue to run smoothly. YOUR CHALLENGES
From processing vehicle data and fines to supporting MOT inspections and the registration of fuel and charging transactions: as an Administrator Fleet, you keep the administration of our fleet tightly organized. Thanks to your precise approach, our trucks and passenger cars keep moving without any problems.
What do you do concretely?
- You manage the administration of our fleet, from trucks to passenger cars;
- You process changes to vehicles in the transport management system;
- You take care of the administrative processing of incoming fines;
- Together with your colleague, you keep track of the fuel and energy consumption of vehicles and report on this;
- You provide administrative support to the workshop, for example during MOT inspections;
- You process the administration surrounding the purchase and sale of vehicles.
YOUR TALENTS
- You have completed an MBO education, preferably in an administrative direction;
- You are available for a maximum of 20 hours per week;
- You have good communication skills and work carefully;
- You have an affinity with transport and logistics;
- You are accurate, practical and like structure;
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing.
