For our site in Genk, we are looking for a Industry Lead Healthcare’s.



The Industry Lead Healthcare’s main goal is to expand and optimise new and existing customer portfolios by coordinating, monitoring and continuously improving commercial activities & processes with a view to increasing customer satisfaction, and maximising the potential of existing customers.

The Industry Lead Healthcare is responsible for managing and guiding the various internal stakeholders within assigned customers and prospects.


So what exactly will you be doing?


  • Building excellent relationships with external stakeholders within the ‘Healtcare’ segment by establishing and maintaining excellent relationships within the industry, by participating in trade associations and by continuously acting as a H.Essers ambassador to propagate the value proposition of the assigned segment in the market.
  • As an internal hub with regard to the segment concerned, you will ensure the coordination of internal consultation across various internal business units in order to achieve the commercial objectives within this segment
  • Leverage strong internal and external networking skills, and be able to adapt to different levels of stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Strategic Business Review Meetings with external customers, where the various H.Essers internal stakeholders are brought together.
  • Coaching and guiding the internal commercial team within the Healthcare segment, so that an up-to-date and unambiguous story is presented by all stakeholders
  • Escalate non-conformities , opportunities or threats to Global Industry Lead Healthcare.




  • As Industry Lead Healthcare, you are mainly very strong in connecting communication at different levels and you can reason quickly and logically.
  • Seeing opportunities and networking are central as Industry Lead Healthcare, for which competences such as assertiveness, independence and flexibility are extremely important.
  • All this with a positive and commercial attitude, as the goal is to build productive and sustainable relationships, both internally and externally.
  • In short: you are confident and communicatively very strong.
  • Market knowledge within Healthcare and knowledge of or experience with logistics and transport processes will greatly help you in this position and is preferred.
  • You speak and read Dutch and English fluently. French is a nice plus.
  • Working independently or in a team, you can do both
  • Communicate clearly at all levels in Dutch and English
