As a customer care representative, you act as a single point of contact for our national and international customers:

  •  Specifically, you provide H.Essers’ top customers with optimal and excellent service by playing a coordinating, mediating role between the customer and H.Essers. In this way, you succeed in providing a professional and customer-oriented service.
  •  Help maintain strong relationships with our clients
  • You take on requests/situations from our customers, which you will investigate its so that than you can then bring to our customers the best solutions to their requests/situations
  •  Ensure smooth cooperation and know how to build trust between the customer and H.Essers.
  •  To achieve this, you follow up on customer deliveries and defend the customer’s interests within the organisation, but always with the interests of your own organisation in mind. You will still act within your own organisation’s capabilities




You hold the principle of ‘customer is king’ in high esteem and have -preferably- already had the opportunity to put this principle into practice within a professional context. You love the national and international dynamism and drive associated with this position and department, ‘the transport world’. Furthermore, you are known as someone who is communicatively strong, who wants to go the extra mile for his/her clients, who dares to think out-of-the box with your colleagues in order to come to the most optimal solution. This service can then be put into practice by having an eye for detail and always staying in control. Finally, we can only offer this top service if it is accompanied by knowledge of a number of languages, in particular English. Additional languages such as French or German are certainly seen as a strong asset.
